    The challengesStressful environment and be ready for the sleepless night with OT. If you are unable to handle high workload, please avoid in all cost. You will need to be on your own because upper level is not supportive. This also had cause high turnover rate

    The good things1. Good compensations. 2. Good developments. 3. You will always have things to learn, good for those who likes learning new things & challenges. 4. There will be chance for role transfer internally, more chance to go for where you wish to go from time to time compare to other company, of course depending on how good are you in searching for opportunities. 5. Have chances to know more people as lots of employees (depends on social skills & extra time you have to go for social) 6. Caring management, if you are lucky enough to meet one.
