The challengesThis job is set up to fail. They expect three people to run an entire event, but with breaks, it often means just two people doing the work of five — supervising kids, managing queues, prepping crafts, and setting up for the Meet & Greet all at once. It’s impossible to do everything properly.
Management ignores these realities and instead blames the crew whenever things slip. The truth is, the problem isn’t the staff — it’s chronic understaffing and poor planning. Safety, quality, and fairness all take a back seat to unrealistic expectations.
Unless they fix their manpower issues, working here is nothing but stress and scapegoating.

Challenging Job with Great Experience
The good thingsEnergetic working environment with young age staff. The office has a place to rest and look at the beautiful view of the buildings in Damansara Perdana. The employer is very good because they give time for Muslims to pray and Friday prayers and there is even a large surau in the office area. Good PC and very fast PC for 3D Designer. A very interesting and famous project. There is a covered car parking space inside the building. So the car doesn't get rained on. Employers also give gifts and spend big meals to employees at the end of the year.
The challengesBad time management on project datelines. Mostly need to rush out in short time given. Hence you have to stay back late in order to complete your task. Almost every week will have to stay back. There is only one Malay restaurant. I think this is normal for this event industry.
