    Great salary, terrible management
    The good thingsThe salary is relatively high considering the simple job scope
    The challenges1. It’s hard to take annual leave even when you really need it, as colleagues must compete for approval and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Medical leave is frequently questioned and will be reported to HR when it is taken next to an off day. 3. Decisions tend to shift based on business needs rather than employee welfare. 4. The assistant manager gaslights staff, talks badly about others during 1:1 meetings, and changes their words depending on who they’re talking to. 5. No bonus and AWS. 6. Insurance benefits are restricted until probation is completed, and probation may be intentionally extended. 7. There are KPI incentives, but the conditions are absurd. 8. There are many more reasons not to work here, but I will stop here.

    The good thingsMajority of the employees are friendly and efficient since they are always in thirst of knowledge and improvement.
    The challengesAs a fresh students, I was having a hard time in following their pace in work. Furthermore, the transition from a students to a workers is in huge difference in terms of responsibilities and time management.

    The good thingsI learn a lot of things and all of my team leaders really give us great guidance on how to handle certain issues when it comes to passenger and others. Overall, the working environment here is very good. The location is very strategic compares to others and there is always another project coming up and you can always give it a shot!
    The challengesin terms of the salary, they might need to reconsider again as most of the staff here work very hard and they supposed to get what they deserve.

    The good thingsThis place gives you a good heads up on what to expect in a call centre industry. It gives you a crash course on how to manage your life in a call centre industry.
    The challengesThe training is not comprehensive, you will suddenly be thrown in the mix with less than a basic knowledge of your job. You will have to be a quick learner or left behind. And mostly, it is hard to build a career here because most of the openings are for short term contract.

    Salary always pays on time.
    The good thingsIn my experience, most of the local company having a big issue which is the salary can’t pay on time. When I was a new hire in this company I’m also worry about these issues, but after half of a year the company give us, a confidence is only pay salary early no overdue the pay day.
    The challengesYou need to have a good communication skill and language skill. More language you knew your salary will be higher. And also, you need to have some basic computers skill.
