The best working place ever !

The good thingsI've learn more about togetherness ! love to handle the customer's and also i learn a lot to be patient. i also gain the experience with my knowledge and communication, this is the best company that I've been work the entire 7 years old ! Thank you Ikano Corporation Sdn Bhd !

The challengesNo challenges at all ! So smooth, for the top management till back up management ! All together to give our best to our customer, that it what we do every day !

Career development is not so good

The good thingsCompany's benefits are really good. Maternity 4 months. Paternity 1 month. 13 month pay. 4 festive gifts every year. Medical card. Enjoy staff discount at IKEA.

The challengesThe environment is not very good. There are no togetherness even the value has been mention repeatedly. Weekends and public holidays are compulsory to work for the front liner. Annual leave required if you want to have off on the weekends. Career development at low chance. You can not expect good support even from HR.
