The good thingsIt is indeed a valuable experience to have internship in Asian Secrets and supervised directly under Managing Director. Superiors in this company are really friendly and willing to teach you with the right skillset and mindset to perform your job well. They are willing to let you access the company business processes and improvement, thus we are able to be exposed to lots of hands-on experience rather than just doing all the scanning and paperwork.

The challengesOne of the challenges is the lack of permanent staff. Another challenge might be to meet the expectation of the superiors as they often have high expectation towards the staffs. Therefore, with the right attitude and mindset, we are able to learn a lot and contribute to our professional growth.
