The good thingsEven though there is not friendly environment but there is freedom and its up to us to manage the stress level,but once have learn the the job fully we can manage to survive on the old school environment,overall the top management is very good on the profit sharing with employers highly appreciate

The challengesNo teamwork! Not quite friendly environment,no OJT we have to learn by our self and be prepared for the mocking by the colleges,

Good place to learn

The good thingsWe learn a lot and the team work is great. The organization is lean so everyone has to watch each other back and provide cover when required. The company is very result orientated and with good result you will be paid well. We have good spirits as there are function and gathering organized by the company from time to time.

The challengesThe people movement is frequent. The boss direction is changing from time to time due to main business are all customer driven.
