    Micromanagement has become a significant problem. Some managers oversee every minor detail, leaving no room for independence or creativity. Employees feel controlled and undervalued, affecting motivation and job satisfaction. Addressing these issues is crucial to restoring fairness, trust, and a healthy work environment. Micromanagers often dismiss employees' ideas, insisting that tasks be completed in a specific way, regardless of alternative, more effective approaches. This discourages innovation and problem-solving, leading to frustration among staff who feel their expertise is not valued. Employees under constant scrutiny experience higher stress levels, decreased motivation, and lower job satisfaction. Over time, micromanagement erodes trust between employees and their supervisors. Instead of feeling empowered and confident in their roles, workers become disengaged and fearful of making mistakes.

    The challengesOffice politics have disrupted the work ambiance, creating stress & tension. Some managers engage in bribery, violating company policies & fostering unfairness. Extreme micromanagement limits independence, making employees feel undervalued. This toxic environment lowers everyone morale. No bonus :P
