The challenges1. Not appreciating employees. No bonus at all. Increment is extremely low (no increment for the last 3 years).
2. Very few opportunities for career development especially for local staff
3. No work life balance - workload is very high
4. No transparency, no clear salary scale, no career pathways, no clear appraisal system
5. Management does what ISP wants them to do. No room for staff voice. Not interested in listening to staff.
6. Benefits and perks lower than other international schools in KL and Selangor.
7. High turnover
Think twice (and more) before you work in an organisation that does not value their staff.
