    There are good and bad
The good thingsEnjoy the fast-pace document approval, friendly working colleagues and support from the subordinates.
The challengesToo many projects to work on at the same time, project completion duration must assume as if we are focusing on the project 100%, but in reality it is not. No time to learn and apply new knowledge. In between there are so many distractions e.g. ad-hoc tasks from other departments, complaints - all these kill individual performance and focus.
