    The good thingsThe management willing to teach those who wanna learn to do sales. The basic salary is quite high for a sales line. If the candidates willing to join this company, make sure don't 'soft heart' and set your mind to learn. For those candidates that have experience (big companies), its a bit challenging due to they're still in learning.
