    The challengesAlthough the company promotes a “speak up” culture, some employees may still lack confidence to voice their opinions, possibly influenced by local culture. Open communication is essential for growth, and I believe the company has made strong efforts to encourage employees to speak up.

    Good for those who likes to challenge themselves
    The good thingsFor those who enjoys freedom and like to explore on their own, this is the place to show your talent. Westerners managers generally do not breathe down your neck, so you are more at ease when working. Depending on department, lots of training provided, either official or non-official, right when you start the job. Employees get to suggest and find their own training externally too. By the way, the food is subsidized if your work place attached with a canteen. Lots of free food during training, meetings, and during festive season.
    The challengesloose leash, you are on your own. Not suitable for those who constantly need direction. You need to be very good at multitasking. Else, you will burn out easily. You plant what you sow. There is no project too big or too small. Whatever request you have, the company will support, provided that you have done your research and have valid reasons. Those who are happy with this job is those who loves this job.

    The challengesTheres no clear direction with the new management. Bosses like to spend money unnecessary. After the VSS exercize last Dec, more people left the company due to the terrible management.

    The challengesProvide tough working environment and willing to offer training course. For young worker, here is good training ground. One company with 3 sites location, they have Nilai plant, Shah Alam plant and Singapore Warehouse. You will learn to handle cross border issues.

    The good thingsGrowing fast, in need of good quality fresh blood. Put in a lot of emphasis on training and development, even overseas trainings are provided. Encourage cross border sharing of good practices, hence you will get to interact with colleagues from other countries.
    The challengesStrong focus on both revenue and profit growth, hence can sometime be stressful in growing sales and optimising speeding. In the past there has been too many loyal staff staying in same position doing same tasks for longer than it should, but this has been improved recently. This means good opportunity for young blood
