    The good thingsI enjoy the benefits, culture, and work environment. The company emphasizes its core values, which makes me feel valued.
    The challengesAlthough the company promotes a “speak up” culture, some employees may still lack confidence to voice their opinions, possibly influenced by local culture. Open communication is essential for growth, and I believe the company has made strong efforts to encourage employees to speak up.

    The good thingsMaking money company with 2 new Factory located at Nilai. You will required to travel from Shah Alam HQ to Nilai plant.
    The challengesProvide tough working environment and willing to offer training course. For young worker, here is good training ground. One company with 3 sites location, they have Nilai plant, Shah Alam plant and Singapore Warehouse. You will learn to handle cross border issues.
