Medium local company but Great!
The good thingsI've experienced quite many places before this company and surprisingly this local company breaking local norms by not only 'profit-centric' company but they taking care of their employees quite well too. Most importantly is, the owner always looking for improvement.
The challengesThere is some resistance in changing the 'old' ways but eventually, if you know how to handle that, then it wouldn't be a problem too much.
