    The good things1. MNC SG (public listed) company establish since 1991. 2. Medical, electronic, elytral core business component. 3. Opportunity to learn a lot of thing in this company.
    The challenges1. A lot of thing can study. 2. High volume order high mix model run 3. Report need to fast escalate through all level.

    The good thingsThe good things to be working here is the colleagues is very helpful and the working environment is out of stress.
    The challengesAs a production worker, here we have to achieve those target and sometime we had to work overtime even during weekend. Since the components is too small, so we had to check on it carefully. But because there is no guidelines on the right component that can be accepted, we always get scold by management.
