    A great place to learn and grow with supportive colleagues, though there’s room for improvement in structure and career progression.
    The good thingsI’ve enjoyed working in a supportive environment where teamwork and communication are encouraged. The management is approachable, and the company provides good learning opportunities to improve both technical and soft skills. Work-life balance is generally manageable, and colleagues are friendly and cooperative.
