    The good thingsGood benefits, Great colleagues. Many exciting things to learn - everyday will have heart stopper issues. Manager is kind. Good pay for the role among food industry. Really put "Safety First, Quality Always" motto into play
    The challengesExtremely high workload, if you cannot multitask and take on fast-paced work - don't try it. Not much work-life balance. Limited room for growth - very little opportunities and management also not able to give clear picture of your career path. Can stuck for long time.

    The company offers competitive salaries with a positive working environment. Minimum salary for an executive starts at RM3,600, while senior executives earn around RM5,200. Operators, with overtime, can reach up to RM6,500 monthly. My current salary is RM12,000, though I have to cover additional expenses for contractors. The area outside the workplace has high living costs, especially for food. Notably, the workers' union is only available to those at the supervisor level and above, limiting broader representation for lower-tier employees. Despite the challenges, the salary structure and supportive colleagues make it a decent place to work.

    Unlimited colleague from all over the globe, but very limited room for career growth.
    The good thingsVery good benefits, festival gifts, free coffee, working with others from all over the globe, learning their culture.
    The challengesVery micro managing and manipulating superior who wants to make the team breaking, pointing finger to each other, and fight internally. Always saying something bad, then ends with "I don't know whether we will be dismissed" or "I don't know I can keep my job". Giving the hope to transfer department yet not giving any opportunity or action to fulfill it.

    role offered was completely different compared to actual role. It deferred from structure, reporting line, headcounts and regions. No compensation review was given and toxic and micro-managing local leadership team. Team leads are overworked and undercompensated leading to high turnover rate.

    The challengesVery little initiatives to retain Team Leads , no proper portfolio distribution or headcount allocation. Micro Managing style of leadership. No work life balance for those supporting two regions.

    The good thingsBenefit is not so bad. If you couldn't afford an iPhone this is the company you should work for. Work-life is sort of balance.
    The challengesThe title says is all -- 'ad hoc, ad hoc, and ad hoc'. Do expect to experience some eye popping bias unseen in MNCs. Overall high- and mid-level management members exhibit subpar competency.

    The challengesIncompetent GL team lead, intensive leadership training is highly recommended in order to work and leading people professionally. it is impolite to disturb subordinate during leave taken/ sending unnecessary watsapp message during non working hour/ arranging meeting on malaysia holiday with oversea counterparty(nature of that meeting-subordinate are not really contributing to the meeting, should put optional or only team lead attend the meeting and after that communicate key point to team during working day).
