Fun and beneficial internship experienceThe good things“Your first boss is the biggest factor in your career success. A boss who doesn't trust you won't give you opportunities to grow”. This tagline has explained my entire internship experience in KC. Technically, our intern supervisor/s in company will be the first 'boss' in our career life. First of all, I wasn't treated merely a practical student, but as a permanent worker throughout my internship period. That has inspired me to learn and explore more than I could've imagined. Some challenging assignments never failed to enhance my interpersonal skills. Besides that, KC has helped me to examine and develop my interests in depth. It's an effective learning process of identifying our capabilities and building self-confidence. Apart from the vast opportunities provided for personal growth, KC also maintains a diverse workforce and healthy work environment. Thanks for a whole new, fun and beneficial experience in KC.
The challengesInitially, it was pretty hard to cope with the variety of tasks within the limited period. But, I'm glad that I've managed to pull it off with the proper guidance and practice. Patience and success are the necessary qualities to accomplish the given tasks.
