    Great for Early-mid positions but career development options are very scarce. Especially in IT
    The good thingsGreat Work Life Balance. Performance Bonuses. 13mth pay with parking card/allowance. Above avg salary but minimal benefits/perks. Staff purchase bi-monthly. Friendly people and lots of old veterans to guide you if you ask.
    The challengesOrganization is quite old thus difficult to implement/propose changes. Career development is very bad as there are lots of veterans around. IT is focusing investment on India instead of Malaysia.
