The challengesThe management here is extremely disappointing and toxic. Favoritism is rampant, and employees are routinely blamed for mistakes while being given unclear instructions. Certain leaders obsessively bring up old issues and even drag in the names of former employees who are no longer with the company, creating a culture of fear and intimidation. Negative reviews have been deleted, showing a deliberate attempt to cover up problems instead of addressing them.
Top management frequently contradicts each other, making the workplace chaotic and unstable. It feels like accountability is avoided at all levels, and staff are left to deal with the consequences. On the bright side, my team was supportive and collaborative, and the work itself could be engaging, but the toxic leadership severely overshadows any positives.
