    Have good communication, not welcoming to those who wish to handle matters independently. You need to have a strong heart because you have to accept being judged as wrong.
    The good thingsColleague is so nicely, Good Communication
    The challengesThere are many voices from different management person that you have to listen to, but it's unclear whose standards to follow. Although the management is willing to hear your opinions, but mostly they often judge your opinions as right or wrong. They usually have a set way in mind already and want you to guess what they want, rather than accepting the opinions derived from your experience. Expressing your views often feels like a waste of time. Perhaps your salary already includes this, but you have a lot of work and no time to waste.
