Beralamat di Aras Bawah & Aras 8, Balai FELDA, Jalan Gurney 1, Kuala Lumpur dan menjalankan aktiviti Pelaburan & Perniagaan.Objektif penubuhannya adalah untuk menjadikan KPF sebagai suatu wadah simpanan dan pelaburan untuk warga FELDA dan menjadi Peneraju Konglomerat dalam Gerakan Koperasi.Selain Keanggotaan dan Modal Syer, bidang keberhasilan juga didapati dalam Pelaburan Korporat, Perladangan, Hartanah, Pasaran Modal, Perbankan Komersial, dan Perkhidmatan Ar-Rahnu.Antara pencapaian tertinggi yang diperolehi adalah seperti Anugerah 100 Koperasi Terbaik Malaysia, Anugerah Koperasi Terbaik Wilayah Persekutuan dan Anugerah Khas Koperasi Terbaik Malaysia dalam bidang Perladangan dan Hartanah.

You must be extremely diplomatic in how you word your reports and navigate the internal "politics".

The good thingsYou are safeguarding the investments and funds of the settlers. It’s a mission-driven role, which provides a level of job stability and satisfaction you won't find in a purely commercial bank or PLC.

The challengesThere is often a "this is how we've always done it" mindset. Pushing for the adoption of new technologies, tighter controls, or more efficient processes can be a very slow-moving battle. What would take 3 months to fix in a fast-paced fintech company might take a year or more here. You must have immense patience and be prepared to manage change at a very "traditional" pace.
