    Bad work environment
The good thingsThe work is interesting, with new challenges every day. The learning curve is very steep and you get thrown into the thick of things, often at a moment's notice. Admin staff was extremely pleasant to work with an absolute delight.
The challengesThe pay, although above the average wage in Malaysia, was not increased in line with expectations. Human resources was constantly against employee's welfare, often deciding against increasing staff benefits. In addition to that, the upper level of management provided an unreasonable environment, with tight deadlines at moment's notice. Little support was provided or offered in such circumstances. Office politics often contributed to additional workplace stress.
