    The good thingsYou get paid (handsomely) to learn. What's there not to love?
    The challengesLots of travelling, lots of "brainstorming", and these two can consume you enough to make you really really tired. However, the rewards are really good.

    I manage to improve as well as gains few skills that I think will help me to become a better teacher or educator.
    The good thingsThe position allow me to improve my communication skills. Not only that, the position in this company allow me to assess various type of students and then devise a lesson plan specifically for them.
    The challengesDealing with students that are not disciplined. Those students make it difficult for me to devise a lesson plan in order to improve their achievement. Some of the parents also unresponsive in regard to their child bad achievement, in which make it difficult for me to discipline their child.

    The kids are great ! But the pay range is not.

    The good thingsDecent working experience and a pleasant work environment created by the employer. They also subsidized some of my travel costs.

    The good thingsThe environment, where the students are not grouped based on age, rather they are grouped by levels and you're not the only tutor there to help them, which takes away a lot of pressure of teaching for the first time
    The challengesThe hours you commit every week, because it usually takes up 3/4 of your day, even though it's usually 3 days per week

    The good thingsFlexible enough where I only need to enter work twice a week for 6 hours per day with a short break to pray. The environment is nice, fully air conditioned to the point where you can get a flu, but it is not a bad thing to me. Has a lounge area where I can do my prayers and I can refill my water bottle at the water dispenser.
    The challengesI find myself a bit uncomfortable whenever students trying to ask me a question which I couldn't answer because I was told to tell the students to ask their teachers, but kids will always be kids and tend not to listen. So I just keep a friendly face and continued my work. Other than that, pros definitely overpowers cons.

    The challengesStudents of numerous characters were challenging yet dealing with other colleagues that maybe doesn't share the same work ethic as I have caused the working environment major drawbacks.

    A great environment
    The good thingsI had great time with students. Teaching and coaching them to complete their work was a great experience although it was a little hard to make them sit and concentrate in their work but making an effort to do so and seeing those children follow your instructions and finish their work in the given time was indeed a great experience.
    The challengesCertain children are very difficult to understand the subject or explanation that the teachers give them. The teachers have to make sure they really understand what they are doing in order to make them be an excellent student

    The good thingsExperience working with children by helping and educating the kids. The job is great as you can see the progress in individual students and learn how to handle different students and each have their character and behaviour.
    The challengesMust be able to work efficiently and accurately and some patience and creativity is needed to convey ideas and concepts in a simple and clear manner to children.
