    A great place to work and to grow yourself, equal opportunities (as long as you put in enough effort and passion in it)
    The good thingsYou get paid (handsomely) to learn. What's there not to love?
    The challengesLots of travelling, lots of "brainstorming", and these two can consume you enough to make you really really tired. However, the rewards are really good.
