    Good source of part time
The good thingsThe flexible hours is convenience for part timer. You can choose to work on the day that suits you. The manager of the centre is quite lenient, if you have emergency you can just tell her and she will consider. If you love to work with kids here is the best place for you to work at. You can learn and refresh a lot of things from past learning experience through their curriculum.
The challengesHandling the kids might sound fun, but you will need to take sometime for them to be familiar with you and patience is very important. And this company is using a different method of teachinf. If I'm not mistaken they using an approach based on a Japanese system. Which is not that different from our conventional method of teaching but you definitely will need sometime to get used to.

    Opportunity
The good thingsI like teach the students. The attire is casual, I like it as we can wear what's comfortable for us. The employer treat employee quiet ok. The employer try to improve the condition of the workplace so that the workplace becomes better
The challengesMaybe the employer could introduce something that would motivate the students to come to the centre. Maybe we could reward the students who come full at a month time. Maybe the employer could provide enough answer books to instructor.

    Kumon Education Review
The good things-Working culture is good, friendly colleagues. -Definitely have some time for work/life balance. -Interesting and enriching to work in the education industry where kids are involved -Claims for mileage and business trips are adequate -Skills such as consulting, analyzing skills, presentation skills and communication skills can be enhanced
The challenges-Salary could have been better for fresh graduates -Management can be a little messy and unorganized -Can be real busy at times, time management skills is definitely needed -Career advancement opportunities may be lacking
