Lafarge is indeed a company that cares for the employees, professionally, wellfare etc.
The good thingsSupportive working environment with mutual respects between each other. A lot of continuous improvement initiatives across the operation allowing a lot of learning and development. Despite at times company may not be making much or even profit at all, our welfare and bonus/increment are still being considered to boost up everyone's motivation towards contributing better and grow along with the company. Best part is the company welcome young talents regardless gender, and superiors are very supportive in developing the young engineers to grow faster within the group
The challengesMarket condition making the pressure in the plant operation grew more intense. Having to initially manage the generation gaps exist in the operating plant but over time, the issue is very much managed.
