It was a good character development but at the expense of mental health was never to be compromised. The good things2 months contractual bonus, KPI bonus, Unlimited medical (Outpatient), Monthly free gift (oil), everything oil & soap
The challengesThe main issue is the General Manager, with problems too many to count. HR is rude and ineffective, leaving payroll to individual departments. Favoritism is common, and KPIs depend more on the GM’s preferences than performance. Direction is unclear, with sudden changes of mind and last-minute tasks expected to be done immediately. Staff are often forced into irrelevant duties outside their scope. Salaries for new hires are low, yet expectations are as though they are highly paid. The environment feels suffocating, with an outdated culture that undermines employees as “inexperienced.” Department managers have no real authority, making their roles powerless. Overall, it is a toxic, demotivating workplace with little fairness or growth.
