    The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly
    The good things1. Good Bonus + Small Incentives 2. Company Car 3. Free cooking oil every month 4. Established Company in FMCG
    The challenges1. Rigid working environment 2. Old School management (does not hear out employees opinions, does not welcome suggestions from staff ) 3. Everything is still very manual-oriented and not systematic. 4. Politics amongst co-workers is rampant
