Inefficient Internal System Procedures and Oudated
The good thingsThe place to watch multi-layer approval slow all processes and practice patience.
The challengesThe company’s procedures are unusually slow and outdated, relying almost entirely on manual processes altho the industry has moved forward, many procedures are stuck, or decades behind, create unnecessary delays n non efficient. Minor application can take several weeks to return, n email communication is not accepted, employees must reply on the rigid internal manual system working like bureaucratic. Colleague in charge of system or dpt. Can appear unresponsive, slow to the requests make it difficult for small basic matters handled. Urgent, or minor matter still do require multiple layers of approval, result in delays resolution.Prolonged approval processes from managerial, combines wif a cumbersome internal system caused delays reducing productivity. Improvements and updates take years to commence to implement, employees need to follow outdated rules which not fit current needs. The minor progress must go through long review cycles, while other companies move faster and gain advantage.

    Favouritism and Politics Overshadow Dedication
The good thingsSalary structure is standard but honestly not very competitive
The challengesManual processes outdated and inefficient. Managers avoid responsibility and toxic in office politics. Besides, office competitiveness creates tension. Communication gaps across departments. Overworked and depreciative. Minimal trust exists across departments and weak collaboration.

Not an Ideal Place for Sustainable Career Growth
The good thingsBasic benefits provided, expecting increment to grow competitively

The culture is unnecessarily intense, though compensation is one of the few positives
The good thingsSome colleagues are supportive and willing to share knowledge when approached, flexible working hour monthly gift for confirmed staff, 14th month salary, can wfh, the pantry is mid, office facilities also mid but theres ongoing renovations, got staff parking but need to deduct rm50 from the pay. there is room to gain hands-on experience in navigating complex organizational structures.
The challengesEmployees are not clearly informed about certain limitations or rules in advance which can lead to misunderstandings and being reprimanded for actions that were not previously communicated as unacceptable. The general working culture can feel reactive with limited openness to change despite expectations for efficiency and ease of execution. Higher level sometimes appear easily stressed. It could be helpful to approach challenges more calmly and focus on minimizing losses or risks when there is any issue/problem. There are several unwritten or unclear (hidden-need to be scolded then we know) internal policies including wfh and many other things which may be confusing for new joiners. The onboarding experience felt less welcoming. In terms of role clarity, management did not clearly communicate the direction, scope, or expectations for my position, resulting in uncertainty and misalignment of priorities.

Chaotic and Old School Company with Heavy Politics
The good thingsyou may grow your experience with some manual process.
The challengesSalary and benefits are not competitive compare to other industry standards. Internal processes are inefficient and outdated. Department can be treated unsupportive and toxic at all times. Top management often lacks clear communication or direction. Lacking in feedback mechanisms and neglected. Limited growth opportunity and development.

Highly toxic and disorganized work environment with favoritism, lack of direction, and constant micromanagement, leading to unnecessary stress and humiliation
The good thingsContractual Bonus. Monthly Company gift.
The challengesVery very politic environment between and within department. Director is being very bias and culture is full of favoritism. No proper direction, keep on changing with things took forever to be approved. Kept on revising, changing, dragging, and full of unnecessary administrative work. Everyone is doing for the sake of doing just to avoid being blame and just to fulfill one person's will. Otherwise, you get humiliated in front of everyone no matter what position you are.

Balanced Experience with Positive PerksThe company provides solid benefits, annual bonuses, and monthly gifts which are great for employee motivation. While many processes are still manual and can be time-consuming, the company is currently moving towards automation. A good place to work with growing potential.
