    The good thingsI learn about SME field. Learn to practice all the teories to make it reality. To make a small medium enterprise as standard as multonasional company. Try to implement a very good standard. I am able to do HALAL application by myself and make it as a compulsory and important to the company. I learn to take a risk and fight for good. Learn to not let myself to do any mistakes.
    The challengesNot let emotions took place in any action towards workers and the task given. It's really show your maturity of yourself. It's better to think wisely before you take any action to the workers. Make them happy with their work and not hesitate to ask their opinion.
