    Not a place you could stay for whole career path.
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Relaxed work atmosphere.
    The challengesChinaman mindset management. Not willing to invest in new technology. Most of the works are still done manually resulting in low efficiency.

    not recommended if you are looking for career advancement
    The good thingsslow paced, not much thing to do, not much development, no changes required, slow and steady, repeating same thing over and over, not much effort required
    The challengestop management not willing to change, limited to low cost market, some colleague is very political, have "special" preference to certain supplier and limiting the sources of material thus limiting innovation, excuses a lots when problem happens, everyone trying to drag until forever, management is very cheapskate and calculative, no appreciation
