    During Exploration Stage
    The good thingsIn 2012, Lundin Malaysia B.V. were still in exploration stage of its oil and gas activities. Lots of seismic studies and analysis were conducted to ensure right decisions have been made in many aspects. Even though with those limitations prior to production stage today, there were lot of opportunities for employees to learn and understand the oil and gas business while in exploration stage.
    The challengesDuring the exploration environment, the challenge is more on timeline to ensure all subsurface and drilling activities to be delivered in strict timely manner. And this has created lot more challenges in preparing all the contracts to cater for all supply of goods and services which need to be in place in timely manner as well. Hence, good planning and teamwork are really crucial.
