A Great Company (If you like an unstructured environment!)
The good thingsSupportive and helpful colleagues during my first few weeks. My boss has been very attentive to my needs and also takes time to address my problems and/or challenges.
The challengesNeed to be fairly experienced enough to successfully navigate or to get things done in this company. There is not many formal processes in place and those coming from a structured type of environment will definitely feel lost and would need to build their own self-structure in order to survive!

The good thingsMy colleagues that are always helpful and who always continuously push each and one of us be it full-time or part time sales associate, to achieve their budget that they receive. Help one another in terms of work also such as stock management.
The challengesNot much incentives given, hopefully there are more incentives such as award of appreciation for part timers can also be implemented as they also put in hard work.
