    Well organized, staff can managed the store well and follow the system of the company provided.
    The good thingsWell rewarded, store manager understand the staff well. Staff are all well trained and good team work.
    The challengesDoing summer is the busies time and all staff are committed. Managed always plan a head for busiest time and during easy time more company training to improve the product and enhanced the sales services.
