Good Company but toxic working environment

The good thingsWell establish export company. Can learn more about exports in palm oil or other food related products. Flexible starting hours can be a bit late to work. Office events and yearly events. Free parking and own working space.

The challengesThe challenges in this company is that most of these old staff who work there have this high school mentality whereby they just don't like when the new employees perform better than them. Unnecessary gossip during working hours and unnecessary judgement which will break your confidence as well as your motivation while working for this company. Having a career growth in this company is impossible due to the jealousy of this old staff who work there for years. The old staff will expect the new employees to perform well without giving proper training.
