    A very fun place to work !
    The good thingsThe colleagues and managers are very supportive and easy to work with. Had a really good time working in this company. The overall daily vibe is always fun which tends to boost our morale and push for more sales.
    The challengesThe commission scheme changes every month.

    It was great after the next few months. I didn't enjoy working because of the toxic work environment and badmouthing behind colleagues after working for some time
    The good thingsThere are many loyal customers here. If you treat the customers right, they will come finding for you no matter what. Ignore anyone who tries to bring you down
    The challengesGroup commission previously was very satisfying. After a few months they changed the commission scheme, it gotten lower and It made me lose motivation to close my sales in a proper manner
