If you have another option, don’t choose Mahsa University or you’ll regret it.The good thingsThe only positive aspect was the friendships I built with colleagues and the connection with students.
The challengesAlmost everything else was a challenge — poor management, excessive micromanagement, very low salary, no benefits or perks, no flexibility at work, strict clock-in and clock-out system, difficulty getting approval to leave the office, and an overall culture where staff are treated like students rather than professionals, and even situations where security and HR can shout at lecturers with no respect at all.
