If you have another option, don’t choose Mahsa University or you’ll regret it.
The good thingsThe only positive aspect was the friendships I built with colleagues and the connection with students.
The challengesAlmost everything else was a challenge — poor management, excessive micromanagement, very low salary, no benefits or perks, no flexibility at work, strict clock-in and clock-out system, difficulty getting approval to leave the office, and an overall culture where staff are treated like students rather than professionals, and even situations where security and HR can shout at lecturers with no respect at all.

My experience with the HR department was highly positive. The team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the recruitment process, providing clear communication and timely updates. They made the onboarding experience seamless and ensured I had all the necessary information to get started. One suggestion would be to provide more detailed information about company benefits earlier in the process. Overall, I'm very impressed with the level of service!!
The good thingsAll the HR officers are really helpful and lovely
The challengesValuable insights into the company’s growth obstacles, but it would be more impactful if it offered concrete examples of how these challenges were addressed and overcome."

Avoid by all cost. In the past (during Tan Sri) this place was good, but under the current one it is a not recommended. Avoid, unless you have to for some reason
The good thingsSteep learning curve for staff, not because this place is good but because the management is dysfunctional and get to do many irrelevant things
    The challengesCan't count, endless

This university is not a good choice for long-term working
The good thingsYou can learn many administrative works as you will have the opportunities to handle many basic and irrelevant works.
The challengesThe management has a serious issue and does not take care of the staff. The workload is high and unreasonable. The most important is the management does not treat the staff as its own asset since there is no academically relevant career advancement and basic benefits.
