Kitchen Crew (Part Time)Working as a part timer in MB, worst decision of my life, they couldn't even hire many staff to cover the kitchen and keep complaining about the output. They expect that you know everything without properly training you, such a bad move. Working as part timer, but forcing to work like a full timer. Excluding the staff meals but yet forcing me to do some extra time to work without respecting my clock out time. Not to mention the lack of rest time, 30min? what the heck. I couldn't even do my prayer because of it. Not recommended for long term career growth and your sanity.
The Good side:
-I learnt new things about how to do multi task and cooking process, and SOP
Negative Aspect:
-Lack of Staff, toxic co worker
