    The challengesDisorganized and lacks clear communication, expects employees to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, with unrealistic expectations to be available at all hours, even on weekends. Work environment felt toxic, with favoritism and politics overshadowing hard work and merit. Be prepared to sacrifice your personal life and mental health. Not a sustainable or rewarding environment.

    The challengestoxic environment working especially at customer service departments. manager didn't tolerate on staff needs. high in turnover on staff and HR department should aware on this. no use of exit meeting being done if still no action toward the main source of the turnover.

    The good thingsBenefit is superb ! It covers ur entire family
    The challengesNo proper introduction for SOP . Turnover staff too high . Old staff have no manner at all . Overtime is a culture . Going back on time is a sin . In my opinion , to deliver good customer service after sales , higher management need to reconsider and do proper reorganize . Lot of customer complaint regarding the department . Matrix have good reputation in their product . But not with their after sales .

    Toxic working environment
    The good thingsGood decent salary. It have many benefits.
    The challengesToxic environment full with toxic people. There are working in unprofessional manner. No on job training provided. Staffs all have bad attitude and unfriendly. In short, they are all not nice. If you have plan to work here, I highly not recommend. Full of regrets dealing with reckless staffs.

    Very good for internship opportunities
    The good thingsGood working atmosphere, high performing individuals as colleagues. Located in strategic location in Seremban City Centre. You also get to learn a lot of new things if you're an intern.
    The challengesConstant need for overtime to finish projects, the pay check is good but not up to the excellent rate for a Quantity Surveyor. Very limited opportunities to climb up the organisational structure, and very limited pay rise. It's stressful too, even for an intern like me.

    A good experience to learn in a property company. Got to learn on how to attend the customer. To calculate the sales, tabulate the claims for sales personnel even learn on how to update the ageing report.
