It's a great place to jump-start career
The good thingsHere, the crew was like a large family. As a family, some members are little in size, and some are not so little, yet they all support one another and collaborate to do everyday responsibilities.
Employee recommendations are encouraged, and the management will take them into consideration if they are useful and can lead to improvements. Because there isn't an OT culture here, people can have a healthy work-life balance. Moreover, work is the best thing in the world, therefore we should keep some for tomorrow.
As long as you're not a couch potato, it's a terrific place to jump-start your career and develop working habits. The team communicates well with one another, sometimes even better than Google Discovery, so you won't need a newspaper to know about local news.
Overall, the team is good, the management is good, the hours are good, however the compensation package may be improved. It's sufficient enough for anyone to hope for a workplace.
The challengesIt's a fast-paced environment. Not a place for a lazy bum.

The good thingsI’m currently serving my full time position here as customer relationship executive. I enjoy doing what I do at the moment. Less stress and more fun working with these people in the organization. They helped and guide me through.
The challengesBe attentive and fully focused on the task given. This is good to challenge myself as I tend to be clumsy and forgetful at times.
