Bhd. was incorporated on 10th March 1997 in Jitra, Kedah Darul Aman and started its business in supplying ready-mixed concrete to government and private construction projects. Since then, MDC has established a name for itself as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of ready-mixed concrete to the construction sector.With the acquisition of the asset for ready-mixed concrete operation from Mega Pascal Berhad (a public listed company in Malaysia) on 3rd March 2005, MDC has extended its coverage to Central Region (Klang Valley) & also in Kuantan. The number of batching plants has increased to more than 30 & mixer trucks to more than 300 in Peninsular Malaysia.MDC has started its own quarry division on September 2008 with the operation of quarry in Jeniang, Kedah Darul Aman. MDC quarry products are produced in compliance with the standard specification requirements. Products available included quarry dust, 10mm aggregates, 20mm aggregates and 50mm crusher run.In July 2009, MDC further enhanced its diversification in the concrete industry by entering into a partnership with Lafarge Cement Sdn. Bhd. as its distributor of bagged cement : PHOENIX (Portland Composite Cement) and WALCRETE (Masonry Cement).MDC managed to earn its customers’ confidence by fulfilling their customers’ requirements through timely delivery and supplying high quality products to meet the needs and expectations of its valued customers. Its clientele included well-known local & international contractors and property developers such as Resorts World Bhd., Paramount Engineering & Construction Sdn.Bhd., Sekimas Holdings Sdn.Bhd., Wijaya Baru Sdn.Bhd., Road Builder (M) Sdn.Bhd., UEM Constructions Sdn.
