COMBINING BROADCAST MONITORING WITH SOFTWARE AND LISTENING SKILLS
The good things-Nice office, free coffee tea & snacks. -Colleagues are nice, help is always given to those who ask. -No seniority nonsense, we call everyone by their name. -Adjustable working hours, 6 hours between respective shift time frame & the remaining 2 hours at any time of the day. Maximum work is 8 hours. -As for current policy, work from home hybrid and attend office once per month. -Title spot according to the Style Guide, so answer is already there.
The challenges-Start with quite low salary. -Little career development and transferable skills if you quit. -Over time, you will meet repetitive suspect so expect to get bored. -Accuracy is highly important, especially to high-paying ads such as political ads. -Expect late reply from colleagues because everyone work from home. -Relies on sharp hearing, sharp googling technique and understand the context of suspect whether to title spot or title junk.

    Overall a good work place
The good thingsColleagues are helpful, management is strict but not to the point where they're micro-managing. Great environment to work in, work-life balance and they won't bother you outside office hour at all.
The challengesThere are only 2 cons of working here but both being the crucial ones. One, the pay was low, no allowance and there was little to no benefit. Two, no career development, you'll stay stagnant doing pretty much the same thing and will get bored
