    The good thingsAble to gain a lot of knowledge. Staffs are friendly, willing to teach.
    The challengesClient issue sometime so tricky, need to figure out the solution, but the staff there willing to discuss the issue together. No worries.

    The good thingsThere are training sessions for each product. Also, a senior colleague is assigned to guide me during the internship. The senior colleagues are willing to guide me along the way. The sophisticated problems which require more technical knowledge are escalated to the relevant products specialist and R&D. A total of two hours lunch break are given.
    The challengesThe technical documentations are sometimes difficult to understand due to the direct translation from the technical documentations written by specialists and R&D in Mandarin to English. Sometimes, the distributors, customers and colleagues from other branches approach certain colleagues without going through the proper ticket logging.
