    The good thingsGood coworkers. Nice environment to works.
    The challengesNo increment at all. Allowance + claim not paid or cut. Bad hq management. Huge difference salary between hq and frontline staff (hq salary more higher even they only working 5 day per week). Frontline work everyday and only have 5 offday per month.
