    The good thingsWork / life balance improved over time. The freedom to learn new things and improve your workflow as long as you are still able to complete assigned work. Not fussy about punctuality.
    The challengesLack of career development. Unclear tasks and workload distributions. One can avoid work by refusing to learn new skills or simply saying “I don’t know”. It feels like additional efforts are not appreciated, hence the current culture.
