    If u are good with words, chances are higher.
    The good thingsMany supportive coworker
    The challengesDo Not take all public holiday. Discriminates between workers. If u have good relationship with the boss, chances for u is high. Demand want all the good staff but cannot provide. Dont have clear mission. Keep changing.
