The challengeseverything are challenging, design, task handling most difficult situation and envroiment, the landscpae... and so on.
the arhitec design are very good, working with many different nation and background. sharing amny ideas, experinces and as well as knowledge..
of course there always an obsticle... well we all have to manage to breakthrough it.
by the end of the days we all sat down and have cold beers.. and looking at what we had complish.. YAY
