    Calibration Technician.
    The good thingsGood workmates. If you get a nice leader, they will help you and fully support you. Payment on time. Elaun is usually high if you are always out of station
    The challengesTechnical Part 2.5/5: Inconsistent quality by the technical manager usually only changes during problem happended not by prevent it. Sales Part 1.5/5 Don't be lured by their low, affordable price as their sales push customers' unreasonable requests, and thus the technician must deal with it. Management Part -10/5 : During interview, one of the interviewers is like a politician in our country. He will lie all the offers and then proceed giving you different job scope. Annual leave is treated to make you guilty if you take it. Family pass away means nothing to this company ( no compassionate leave) as it deduct our pay ( no deduct AL) Medical Benefit for technician is RM80( jokes at current time) and only available if one year you only AL for like 3 days. New staff treated like dog worked very hard and will be probation for a year( according to their budget)
