We also manufacture HPMC capsules as an alternative to animal free product and had been certified HALAL by JAKIM (Cert of Authentication by Islamic Development Department of Malaysia).- We at Nashmir Capsule strive to provide the best service and quality to our customer’s satisfaction. As Malaysia is in favour for the HALAL status, Empty Hard Gelatin Halal Capsules are much needed commodity in the industry.We use gelatine o pharmaceutical grade which is 1005 TSE/BSE free to manufacture two pieces empty hard gelatine capsules. It conforms to U.S.P and B.P standards. These capsules are produced in various sizes and colour combinations which have two stage locking features an enabling the capsules to open easily for filling and then securely locked for packing and distribution.

Feb 2018I earn a massive experience in handling all task related to quality assurance
The good thingsi enjoy working here as to have a good team members. All are helpful and cheerful. we are not working under stress due to strong bonding between us all.
The challengesIt is the only manufacturer producing capsule in Malaysia, thus we have less reference as to maintain or quality. However, we have received a great help from production team who has more experienced.
